Vivian Chen

Vivian Chen is founding partner of YI Capital. Thanks to more than two decades of investment experience, she is bestowed with the profound understanding and keen judgment in the fields including TMT, Internet-based industrialization, consumption upgrade, finance and so on. She led investments in QIHU360, Joyoung, Best Logistics, Tujia, Benlai.com, Imilab, Sunyur, Smardaten, Winicssec, Fosafer and other companies.

Before founding YI Capital，Vivian was General Partner of CDH Venture. Before joining CDH Venture, she has also worked at Walden International Investment Group and started her career in Sino-Pacific Light Industry Fund Management Ltd, a private equity fund focusing on consumer sector in China.

Muqing Li

Partner

Within Yi Capital, Muqing Li focuses primarily on living and finance sectors, and led investments in LianJia, 5i5j ,Jiayoubao, Tuzuu. Before founding YI Capital Muqing was Partner of CDH Venture. He has participated in six successful IPOs while at CDH Venture, including QIHU360, Wingtech, LDK, Kanghui, GCL, Joyoung.

Muqing received his M.A. in Economics from Tsinghua Universitiy and B.A. in International Economics from Nankai University.

Jessica Lv

Admin Manager

Jessica Lv is responsible for the management of office operation. She has 7+ years executive management experience in foreign financial company. Prior to joining YI Capital, she worked as a executive manager in CDH Venture for TMT invest department.

Guoqing Sun

Mr. Guoqing Sun is the Finance Diretor of Yi Capital. Prior to Yi Capital, Sun was the senior operation manager and finance director at Keytone Ventures, where he was responsible for IR, finance Due Diligence and post-deal management. He also provided continuous assistance to portfolio companies, including helping go public, tax administration, financial reporting and establishment of internal control. Prior to Keytone Ventures, he spent 8 years in PwC, where he served as an auditor and helped Chinese companies to go public in US, including SOHU, GEDU, Yahoo, NTES, etc., Mr. Sun has over 10 years experience of IPO preparation, tax administration, Merger & Acquisition, and internal control.

Li Wang

Li Wang is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in the fintech and living sectors. Before joining YI Capital, Li was Strategy Analyst and Senior Product Manager of Baidu. Before that, she was a intern of Abeam Consulting and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Li graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and studied abroad at New York University and University of California.

Vince Wang

Vince Wang joined YI Capital in 2015. He focuses on logistics and living sectors. The typical projects include Get, Laiba, 5i5j, Lianjia and so on. Before joining YI Capital, he was Associate of eCapital Corporation. He advised clients in movie, O2O, online video, integrated marketing, entertainment industry, food industry and E-commerce sector in fund raising and acquisition transactions.Before, he had work experience in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Vince received his M.A. in Financial Services from University of Virginia and B.A. in Economics from Cardiff University.

Wei Xu

Mr. Wei Xu joined in Yi Capital in 2014. Prior to Yi Capital, Xu worked at CDH VC, where he focused on investment, deal sourcing, post-deal management in TMT sector. Prior to that, he worked at an industrial consulting firm. Mr. Xu received his MBA from University of Chicago, Master degree Civil Engineering and Statistics from Oregon State University, and Bachelor degree at Transportation Engineering and Law from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Chenxing Xie

Chenxing Xie is primarily responsible for automotive and finance sectors. The typical projects include 9Beike, Xiaoma, Holaverse. Before joining YI Capital, he was an senior associate in Redpoint Ventures. He focused on the investment of TMT industry and participated in the investment of Renrenche.com, APUS, XuetangX.com.

He was a serial entrepreneurs and set up 36kr with friends. He understands entrepreneurial spirit and the hardships of start-ups. He enjoys making friends with entrepreneurs.

Chenxing received his B.A. in law from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
